This section applies when you buy a printable scorecard or the All-Access Scorecard Collection from this site. The rest of these terms continue to apply alongside it.
What you are buying
Every product sold here is a digital file — a printable PDF scorecard. Nothing physical is manufactured, packed, or shipped. You are buying a file you download and print yourself, on your own printer and paper. Product images on the site are watermarked previews; the file you receive has no watermark.
Delivery
Download links are available immediately after your payment is confirmed, both on the order confirmation screen and by email. An account is created for you at checkout so you can return and download your files again at any time. Downloads are unlimited and do not expire. If a link fails or an email does not arrive, email [email protected] and it will be sorted out.
What you may do with the files
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive license. You may print as many copies as you like, forever, for your own rounds; print copies for your regular group, buddies trip, league, or a tournament you are running; and hand those printed copies to the people playing.
You may not resell, license, or give away the PDF file itself; upload it anywhere others can download it, including forums, cloud folders, group chats, or file-sharing sites; sell printed copies or include them in a product or service you charge for; remove Golf Games Hub branding and then distribute the result; or use the designs as the basis for a competing product.
The short version: print all you want and share the paper freely — just do not pass around the file or sell what you did not make.
The All-Access Scorecard Collection
The All-Access Collection includes every scorecard available at the time of purchase, plus every new scorecard added afterwards, at no further cost. New cards appear in your account as they are released. This is a one-time payment, not a subscription, and you will never be billed again for it.
“Future cards” means cards added to this library while it continues to operate. No specific number of new cards, or schedule for releasing them, is promised. If the library is ever discontinued, you keep permanent access to everything released up to that point.
Refunds
Because these are digital files delivered instantly, sales are generally final — once a file is downloaded it cannot be returned.
That said, nobody should pay for something that did not work. A refund will be issued if the file will not download or will not open; you were charged twice for the same item; you bought a card you already owned through the All-Access Collection; or the card is materially not what the product page described.
Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and describe the problem. Requests outside these situations are considered case by case, and are generally granted where the request is reasonable and made in good faith.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. The price shown when you check out is the price you pay; a later change does not entitle you to a refund of the difference and does not affect access you have already bought. Payments are processed by Stripe and the other providers offered at checkout — card details are handled by those providers and are never stored on this site. Products are currently sold to customers in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Your account
An account is created at checkout so your purchases stay available to you. Keep your login details to yourself — sharing an account to distribute files breaches the license above, and access may be withdrawn where files are being redistributed.
Scorecards are not official scoring documents
These cards are for casual games among friends. They are not approved by any governing body and should not be used for handicap posting or competition scoring where an official card is required. The Betting and Wagering Disclaimer above applies to any game played for money.
Availability
Reasonable effort goes into keeping the site and your downloads available, but no guarantee of uninterrupted access is made. Products may be added, changed, or withdrawn from sale at any time. Withdrawing a card from sale does not remove it from the accounts of people who already bought it.
Liability arising from these products is limited as set out under Limitation of Liability above, and in any event to the amount you paid for them. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
Purchases: Practice Games, Drills and The Practice System
What you are buying
The Practice Games Library, The Drills Library and The Practice System are digital books delivered as printable PDF files. Nothing physical is manufactured, packed, or shipped. Each is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and you will not be billed again. Revised editions of a book you have bought are made available to you at no further cost. The Putting Improvement System is the same kind of file, offered at no charge.

What is included with The Practice System
The Practice System includes both volumes, The Practice Games Library and The Drills Library, and also grants access to the All-Access Scorecard Collection at no extra cost. That access is the same one described above: every scorecard available at the time of purchase, every scorecard added afterwards, and the course-personalized scorecard generator. Buying The Practice System and buying the All-Access Collection separately give you the same scorecard entitlement, so there is no need to buy both.
Refunds and the 14-day guarantee
These books carry a satisfaction guarantee that goes beyond the refund situations listed above. If you buy one, use it as written, and your golf is no better for it, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and you will be refunded in full. You are not required to return or delete the files, and you do not have to prove what you practiced. A refund is also issued, on the same 14-day basis, if a file will not download or will not open, you were charged twice for the same item, you bought a book you already owned through The Practice System, or the book is materially not what the product page described.
Refunding The Practice System also ends the All-Access Scorecard Collection access that came with it.
These books are practice guidance, not coaching or medical advice
The games and drills describe how to practice golf. They are not personalized instruction, and they are not a substitute for a qualified coach or for medical advice. Golf involves repeated, forceful movement. Warm up, work within your own physical limits, stop if something hurts, and speak to a doctor before starting if you have any injury or condition that makes that sensible. You practice at your own risk.
